Inno Sense Mullen (Trust)

The Inno Sense Mullen is a straight, slightly curved solid bar — there is no joint anywhere along the mouthpiece, so there is no nutcracker action at all. Pressure is spread evenly across the bars and tongue rather than concentrated at a hinge point, making it a genuinely gentle option for horses that find any jointed bit, however soft, too sharp or unpredictable.

Available in three stiffness grades, which is the key choice with this mouthpiece:

• Hard — the firmest of the three, giving the clearest, most defined feel. Good for horses that need a more precise signal or tend to lean heavily on a very soft bit.
• Medium — a balanced middle ground, offering more give than Hard while still holding its shape well under contact. Suits most horses as a starting point.
• Flexi (Soft) — the most yielding of the three, flexing slightly to mould around the horse's mouth shape. Best for young horses, very sensitive mouths, or horses that need maximum gentleness while still riding on a solid (non-jointed) bar.

All three stiffness grades share the same mullen shape and pressure profile — the difference is purely in how firm or yielding the material feels in the horse's mouth, not in where pressure is applied.
